Return Policy
Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that the item is in new resalable condition. To return an item please box up and send to:

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice be sure to enclose a note with your contact information and the approximate date of purchase. If we receive any items after the 30-day window for returns we will issue a partial refund. Once we receive the return we will issue a credit to your credit card for the cost of the item.
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange please box up the item and send to the above address. Please include a short note stating for what you wish to exchange for. We will refund or charge any difference in the items cost to the card that was originally used for the purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Global Bikes does however pay for the shipping of the merchandise going back out to you.
Shipping Mishaps
We rarely have problems occurred during the shipping process, however we do have to rely on numerous different shipping companies. We ask that buyers inspect all products for damage before signing the shipping receipt. If the shipper damages any merchandise it is the buyers responsibility to make a claim and arrange settlement with the individual shipping company. Global Bikes is in no way responsible for damage, misdirected, or pass due merchandise. We will however do what ever we can to help you with this process. All merchandise shipped is always fully insured with our shippers against numerous types of mishaps. |
