want to return something? |
No problem, just contact us prior
to sending any item back. Please note that some items can not
be returned; i.e. Close-outs, Specials, and custom orders.
Upon receipt of goods we will issue; a full refund, store credit,
or send out a replacement item.
| How long does it
take to receive my order? |
We
do our best to ship all orders within 24hrs. of receipt,
and most orders ship same day. Shipping transit time will
vary depending on location of customer and shipping service
selected. Over 90% of our customers receive their orders
within 4-5 business days.
When we ship your order, UPS generates a tracking number. If you have provided us with a valid email address the tracking number is then emailed to you. You may use this tracking number at www.UPS.com to find out where your order is. Please note that tracking numbers are not generated immediately after order completion. They are assigned when we process the order and in some cases may be 2-3 days after you placed your order, for example, if you place you order Friday night we would not process your order until Monday. You would then receive your tracking number Monday. If you did not receive a tracking number and you believe you should have received one by now please email us. | I have an installation question? |
Well, now this could get complicated.
Most products do not come with installation instruction. This
is do to the fact that many manufactures assume that the consumer
is knowledgeable about the, parts they sell, installation,
and intended application. We do however include detailed instruction
with all saddles. We are happy to help you through the installation
process of any part. Just give us a call or send us an e-mail.
In some cases it may be necessary to go to a local qualified
bicycle shop.
